Ann Arbor Velo Club has produced national-level juniors and masters for decades; Wolverine Sports Club runs the Sunday long ride locals plan their week around. Surrounded by Washtenaw County dirt roads: endless mileage, minimal traffic. Winter knocks road season out, but the cyclocross scene compensates.
