Founded in 1967, the Davis Bike Club is a 600+ member all-volunteer club running recreational, touring, randonneuring, racing, gravel and mountain rides nearly every day of the week across Yolo and Solano counties. Most road rides offer both a faster/farther and a slower/shorter option that regroup, with a social coffee or bakery stop, making it welcoming to a wide range of levels. Non-members are welcome to try one ride before joining.
UC Davis Cycling is the student-run, co-ed collegiate club team for UC Davis, open to undergraduate and graduate riders of all experience levels across road and mountain biking. It blends competitive racing in the Western Collegiate Cycling Conference (multiple national and conference titles) with social rides like coffee stops in Winters, and explicitly emphasizes inclusivity and progression for newcomers.
